1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Mr R-Chitect website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Mr R-Chitect provides architecture and interior design consultation, planning, and execution services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in individual project agreements.
3. Consultations & Payments
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. Payment must be completed before the scheduled consultation. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Project Agreements
All design projects require a separate detailed agreement outlining scope, timeline, payment schedule, and deliverables. These agreements supersede general terms for specific projects.
5. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, 3D renders, and documentation created by Mr R-Chitect remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, design rights transfer to the client for the specific project only.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and ensuring site access as needed. Delays caused by client-side issues may affect project timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mr R-Chitect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
